Welcome to our very first #RawTuesday! I am so excited to start this new journey and see how it changes my body and mind.

For this week I prepared Smoothie, Salad, Hazelnut Truffles & Apple, Zucchini Noodles.

I try to start my day early in the morning, hit the gym or go for morning run. I found it much more enjoyable than working out in the evenings.
After morning workout I will drink smoothie, either while getting ready to work or on my way to work.
I like my smoothies simple, I usually put one, two types of fruits and coconut water, sometimes add spinach or hemp seeds.

In this smoothie you will find mango, banana, coconut water and hemp seeds.

During my lunch break I ate eat Tuscany Salad drizzled with sun dried tomato dressing.

After work it’s time for a snack, which would be an apple and Hazelnut Truffles while reading a book, catching up on my favorite tv shows, or watching YouTube.

For dinner I made Zucchini Noodles, this dish is definitely a winner for that day! I made it from one zucchini at first, but once I tried it I knew it’s not going to be enough!

Even if you don’t want to do the whole day raw, you should try that pasta!
