This week’s meal prep was a bit different than I initially planned. I didn’t feel good on Tuesday and I really couldn’t force myself to prepare everything presentable and take nice pictures. I had a pretty bad headache so I decided make my food as fast as possible and take a quick photo. It still looks pretty good, I think 😉
Since I started fasting few days ago, my breakfast smoothie moved to breakfast lunch. I am trying to fast everyday for 16h, not sure how I feel about it since it’s been only 5 days, but I’m sticking with it so far.
For this week’s smoothie I used banana, raspberries and coconut water. Pretty simple, but delicious and look at that color, isn’t it gorgeous?!
For lunch I ate that very ripe and juicy papaya.
As a dessert I ate velvety Chocolate Cheesecake I made a day before.
For dinner I’d planned something different but because I didn’t feel well I went with something quick to make.
Zucchini pasta it’s always a good option, it’s quick and easy to make. For the sauce I used a half of avocado, few slices of cucumber, around 3 tablespoons of water and blended it together.
