Welcome to #RawTuesday week 4! How is it going so far?
In this week’s meal plan we have Berry Smoothie, Chocolate Mousse, Noodles with Avocado Sauce & Bowl of Fruits.
Smoothie was really simple this week – Blueberries, Raspberries & Water.
I know already I will be coming back to this Chocolate Mousse! It is so velvety and soft, taste like heaven.
For lunch again fruits! I love how quick it is to make raw lunches! It takes me about 5 minutes to prepare my lunch, I can everyday something different and fresh. I used to spend hours in the kitchen cooking lunches and dinners, not anymore! I eat fruits not only on the raw day, I eat it pretty much everyday.
Have you ever tried Kelp Noodles?
For me it was first time. I’ve seen it multiple times and I always wanted to try it.
I couldn’t find them in a store, but they are quiet easy to find online.
The instructions are pretty easy, rinse with water and it’s ready to eat!
After opening the packaging you can smell really earthy scent, but don’t worry it will disappear after rinsing.
I didn’t feel like they are ready to eat, I didn’t like the texture. I read that it is good to soak them for 24h, so that’s what I did. I soaked them for over 24h.
I didn’t change anything. The texture stayed the same.
Unfortunetly I can’t say I truly enjoyed the way the noodles tasted. I think next time I will stick to veggie noodles.
Not sure what to do with 2 remaining packages I have, any ideas? If you guys want to try it let me know!
For sauce I used an avocado, lemon juice and a bit of water.
If you are prepering for next Tuesday, you can change the noodles to veggie (zucchini, carrot) noodles or give it a try and get Kelp Noodles, there is a chance you will like them 🙂
If you try this recipe, let me know! Take a picture and tag it #theblissfulplate on Instagram!
