5 #RawTuesday

Everything this week was really delicious and I wouldn’t change anything. Maybe besides my spring rolls appearance. I cannot make them look nice, or somehow stay together. They fall apart right away but thankfully still taste pretty good!

I am excited because this long weekend we are going on a short getaway to Santa Monica! Hot weather and warm ocean here I come!

I mean I can’t really complain about the weather here, although it is quite cold lately (it’s almost June already!). If it comes to the ocean, it is always cold here, even during the Summer it is quite cold. Can’t compare to nice and warm LA!

But coming back to the food 😉

For breakfast I had the pouch with pureed veggies and fruits. It was first time trying it, I got it my local grocery store. It is pretty yummy and a great solution if you are in a rush and need to grab a snack.

For lunch I had my delicious but not so great looking Spring Rolls. For filling I used what I had in my fridge at that time – carrot, red bell pepper, avocado & chard with baba ganoush (store bought, but will make one soon myself).

For dinner I made Spaghetti, for sauce I used only sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and walnuts (you can skip sun dried tomatoes and use only fresh tomatoes) and for pasta of course zucchini noodles, everything topped with hemp seeds.

And for dessert I ate ICE CREAM! This time Cherry-Banana. I had lots of cherries left after last week’s trip to Farmers’ Market.

I have to say I was quiet hungry that day, so I ate some nuts and watermelon which wasn’t planned. But like I said before, it’s all about listening to your body, if you don’t feel full eat more!
