Hi guys, welcome to another week!
Week two left me really sore. I think it was a combination of workouts and stress. I started feeling pain along my spine and I couldn’t relax. I decided it was time for a message. And I am so happy I did, it really helped! I signed up for their wellness plan I now I will be getting one massage every month, no more excuses! Every time I wanted to get a message I found a way to spend the money on something different and I always thought it’s so much money for something that lasts only one hour. Well, it actually lasts much longer than one hour because it will leave you feeling much better.

Here are some of the meals for this week:
Salad: spinach, pasta, shrimps, dressing
zucchini, broccoli, shrimps & rice
Post workout meal:
mix salad, cauliflower gnocchi & sausage
Post workout snack:
yogurt, peanut butter & grapes
Salad with spinach, tomatoes and avocado & grapes

Of course, the number of your containers might be different, depending on the plan you follow.
I hoped I gave you inspiration for healthy and yummy meals that you can eat while doing the 80-day obsession program but not only!
