Apple Cinnamon Crackers

Are you a snacker?

I definitely am! I like to snack on something on multiple occasions. When watching tv, reading a book, writing a new post or planning next week.

I usually make my snacks myself – cheaper and healthier!

Today one of my favorite snacks this season! APPLE CINNAMON CRACKERS 🍂

They taste AMAZING with almond butter!

ATTENTION: You will need a dehydrator for that recipe!

Apple Cinnamon Crackers

Raw Vegan, Vegan, Gluten Free, Plant Based

 1 apple
 ¼ cup water
 ½ cup ground flax seeds
 ½ cup ground almonds
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp blue agave / maple syrup

In a food processor purée the apple and water. Add the rest of ingredients and pulse until well blended. Spread on a dehydrator sheet.

Dehyrdate at 140° for 1 hour, and then drop temperature to 115°. After a few hours remove it from the sheet. Cut into small squares. Place it on the drying tray and continue drying until crispy.
