I’t Friday! Yay! Almost finishing my first week of raw vegan detox! Are you curious what was on today’s menu?
I love Fridays, that feeling when leave work and you know it’s finally weekend!
Starting my day with this beauty!
On weekends I usually treat myself with wine… but since I am detoxing my body I decided to try something else and instead of bottle of wine, I bought this HUGE dragon fruit!
I don’t buy it too often because it’s quiet expensive. It cost usually 5.99$ per fruit and I think it’s never on sale. But if you skip that bottle of wine, it’s not that crazy expensive anymore. It’s all about the choices we make.

- red cabbage
- red bell pepper
I used mandolin to shred all the veggies, but if you don’t have one you can cut it really thin.
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp raw tahini
- 2 tbsp raw mayonnaise (recipe below)
- 1 tbsp raw coconut aminos
- 2 pitted dates
- 1-inch ginger
- 1 small garlic clove
I added some mixed greens even though it wasn’t in the original recipe, but I had some leftovers and I didn’t want to throw them away.

Here is a healthy, vegan and raw SANDWICH!
This kind of sandwich lately is my favorite snack! It’s so delicious!
I am obsessed with his mayo! I put it on everything and with everything.
Makes 2 cups
– 1 cup cashews, soaked for 1-6h
– 1/4 cup water
– 4 tbsp lemon juice
– 4 tbsp raw vinegar
– 1 tbsp raw blue agave
– 2 tbsp minced onion
– 2 tsp salt
– 3 tbsp flaxseed oil
I buy it at my local Whole Foods, you should probably look for it in stores with healthy products or online.
This Saturday we had dinner out, we went to San Francisco to meet with our friend visiting from U.K and we got some Thai food. I don’t remember the name of the dish I’ve chosen from Vegetarian menu. But you can see it’s not really complicated, rice noodles, veggies & tofu.
