It’s almost Summer time! Well it feels like Summer already here in Northern California.
Craving ice cream more and more often, but thankfully you can eat these as much as you want and don’t worry about calories, sugar and all the other stuff you can find in store bought ice cream.
All you need is frozen banana, coconut/almond milk and blender. If you want it even more sweet you can add one date.
For one bowl like that I use one banana and 2-3 tablespoons coconut milk (it depends how thick you like it), blend it until it’s well combined and enjoy it!
