Blueberry Chia Jam

Since I’m vegan, I’m more careful with jam now because most of them contain gelatin. Many also contain sugar or high fructose corn syrup which I try to avoid as much as possible.

Chia jam is my easy and tasty alternative to store-bought varieties and it takes 20 minutes to make!

This Blueberry Chia Jam is delicious, easy to make, and refined sugar free. Add it to smoothie bowls, oatmeal, or overnight oats.

Most of the store-bought jams won’t have chia seeds in them and that’s a shame! Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium!
