It’s hard for me to believe that couple of months ago I didn’t like mango. Lately I am obsessed with that fruit!
There is a lot of things I didn’t like some time ago and now I love it. One of them would be spinach. I remember I hated it when I was a little. I didn’t like the texture and it taste to me like nothing. Until one day, I decided to give it a try and somehow I found it tasting not that bad.
Now spinach is in almost all my smoothies, it’s a great source of iron and protein. I also like it in sauce for my noodles!
Did you also had a certain food you didn’t like and it changed with time?

The proprtions are up to you, it depends what you like more. I used a whole mango, one banana, 2 cups of coconut water and around 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds.
