Hazelnut Truffles

Today for a dessert I prepared these sweet and crunchy Hazelnut Truffles. It also happens to be Mother’s Day soon. Treat your mom with these homemade sweets! Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms! 💛💛 Do something special for your Mom, it doesn’t have to be an expensive gift, your time together it’s the best gift you can give to each other.

You will need only 5 ingredients, food processor and good music.

Hazelnut Truffles

Vegan, Gluten Free, Raw

  cup hazelnuts
 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
  tsp sea salt
 3 tbsp maple syrup

Add the hazelnuts into a food processor and blend until chopped into fine pieces. Add cacao, vanilla and salt and blend again.

Add maple syrup and blend until the ingredients start to stick together.

Roll into small bite-sized balls, and roll over chopped hazelnuts to cover the balls. Place in a fridge for 1-2h to harden.
