Happy 4th of July my friends!
At this time I will be exploring Texas!
That’s why I decided to prepare something that is healthy and easy to make and take to go for your party!
You can as many toppings as you wish, and feel free to change the ingredients if you are not a big fan of any of the ones I used.
– spinach, that can substitute with any greens
– tomato, you can use cherry tomatoes
– watermelon radish, cause it looks so beautiful!
To prepare tofu, drain it from the water, cut into thick slices. Season with your favorite spices, it can be: pepper, salt, turmeric and paprika. Bake for 15-20 min in 420F, flip tofu on the other side and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
