Lentil Curry

Curries are great!

Do you want to know why?

Well, first of all, they are usually easy to make – at least mine are!

Second, you can make a bigger batch and eat and eat and eat = less cooking!

And whatever you cannot eat you can freeze and enjoy it on days when you don’t have time to cook or just don’t feel like cooking.

These are my reasons for the love to curries, what are yours?
