I hope your 2018 was awesome and your plans for 2019 are even more awesome!
I have sooo many plans for this year that I cannot wait to work on!
This year I want to focus more on a part of my life that I haven’t spend much time on. Instead of focusing on my body (which of course is also important) I want to focus more on what’s going on inside. I want to work on self care and self love.
One of the ways to make sure my body and my mind is in a good shape is to start a day with a juice!
