Have you tried a persimmon yet?
I have to say this year it was my first time! I don’t know how is possible that I’ve never seen it before and now I see it everywhere, do you know that feeling?
And now they’re one of my favorite new fruits. Think about the texture of an Asian pear, or an apple, combined with the sweet flavor of an orange – with a hint of cinnamon. Taste just amazing!
When combined with frozen banana and warming spices, the sweetness of the persimmon and its flavor really pop. And when you add coconut cream it tastes soo creamy and delicious!
To make the smoothie you will need:
– 2 persimmons
– 1 banana
– 1 cup almond milk
– 2 tbsp cream from canned coconut milk
You can sprinkle it with Pumpkin Rawnola or cacao nibs!
