I’ve created this 7-day menu plan for myself and while working on it, it came to me: why not to share it with everyone?!
I believe taking care of your mind and soul is as important as taking care of your body. I added a Journal page where you can write down goals for this week and mark each day if you accomplished your goals.
The whole booklet contains 13 pages with tips, recipes, menu plan, shopping list and this week’s goals journal. If printing please mind the trees and the environment and print double-sided.
