You can add whipped cream on top if you really want to treat yourself. You can buy ready cream or make it yourself for healthier version.
For smoothie you will need:
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
