Aloha! Grab a bowl of this Raw Vegan Raspberry Nice Cream with me!
I am in Hawaii mood today 🌺 Maybe because we are flying to Honolulu in just 6 days! And what’s a better way to celebrate that than Raspberry Nice Cream with some Hawaiian spirit 😉
Since I started make my own ice cream I completely stopped buying them.
It takes only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make it!
– 2 bananas
– 2 cups raspberries
– 1/4 cup coconut milk
If you use canned milk you can add the cream as well to make the ice cream even more velvety.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to a freezer friendly container and freeze for 2-3 hours; or you can just eat it like a smoothie bowl!
