Raw Rainbow Salad

Idea for this Raw Vegan Salad came from Fully Raw Kristina and her gorgeous Rainbow Salads!

Salad

– watermelon radish
– raspberries
– cherry tomatoes
– red bell pepper
– yellow bell pepper
– mixed greens

The ratio and amounts of ingredients is up to you, whatever you like and as much as you think you need to feel satisfied.

For dressing I used Cucumber Mint Dill Dressing from FullyRaw app. However don’t feel obligate it to use this one, you can use any other dressing.

Dressing:

 

– 2 cucumbers
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1 handful dill
– 1 handful mint
– 1 small garlic clove

This Salad was my dinner idea for 8 #RawTuesday and now I will definietly use it for my 8 weeks detox!

As you can see eating raw, healthy, plant based (you name it) doesn’t need to be complicated and time consuming. Don’t let your excuses to stop you!
