Raw Spaghetti

One of meals for this week’s #RawTuesday was this crunchy and refreshing Spaghetti.

It takes only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare.

For pasta I made zucchini noodles. Yes, I am still obsessed with them ๐Ÿ˜‰

For sauce I used:

1/4 cup walnuts
2 fresh tomatoes
3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes

Blend it all together and add favorite spaces. You can change the ratio of the ingredients, add more sun dried tomatoes, more walnuts, however you want it. Don’t be afraid of experimenting and looking for the taste that suits you the best.

Mix the sauce with your noodles and eat it straight from the bowl!

Unless you have to take a nice pictures for Instagram ๐Ÿ˜‰

The funny thing is, after the ‘photo shoot’ I threw everything back into the bowl and it like that ๐Ÿ˜‰
