Another delicious creation for #RawTuesday !

This time I prepared so crunchy and so fresh bowl filled with my favorite veggies and drizzled withe the best dressing ever!

The key in this dish are definitely capers. I discovered them not that long time ago and I am obsessed!

Raw Taco Bowls

 1 small purple cabbage
 1 carrot
 1 bell pepper
 1 avocado
 ½ cucumber
 ½ cherry tomatoes
 ½ small onion
 ½ cup capers
Dressing
 1 tomato
 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
 ¼ cup plant milk
 1 clove garlic

Cut the carrot, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes , and avocado. Fill the purple cabbage leaf with cut veggies.

To make dressing: Blend all the ingredients and pour over the filled cabbage.
