Raw Vegan Mayonnaise

This Raw Vegan Mayonnaise is perfection! It will make you forget about butter or any other bread spreads.

I discovered this delicious mayonnaise not that long time ago (I don’t know how could I leave without it before!) in Brad’s Raw Made Easy by Brad Gruno when I started my 8 weeks detox. I’ve been in love and obsessed with it since then.

I don’t like my sandwiches ‘dry’. I love to spread something that will give it additional kick of flavor.

This Mayo is perfect for that and so easy to make!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup cashews, soaked for 1-6h
– 1/4 cup water
– 4 tbsp lemon juice
– 4 tbsp raw vinegar
– 1 tbsp blue agave
– 1 small white onion
– 2 tsp salt
– 6 tbsp flaxseed oil

Drain the cashews. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
