I make this ice cream quiet often, it’s one of my favorite things to snack on when I crave something sweet.
If you want to stay with raw version, top your nice cream with favorite fruits.
If you really feel like treating yourself, you can add dark chocolate and granola (and eat in bed)
What do you need:
- 1 pack frozen pitaya (like this one)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
Fresh blueberries and raspberries are always a great idea!
