Ready Vegan Meals – Trader Joe’s

I’ve never been a huge fan of Trader Joe’s. I’ve tried shopping there few times and I always ended up going to a different store because I wasn’t able to find all the products I was looking for. Well, I’m not sure what was I looking for.. It was back when I still ate animal products.

Lately I’ve decided to give it another. And I am so happy I did! They have lot’s of vegan products, I even found Vegan Tikka Masala! (my newest obsession).

Today I will share some of the treats I found that you also might like. Those are ready meals that you can stuck up your freezer with and use when you don’t have time to cook. No more excuses that you ate something unhealthy because you didn’t have time to cook!

Riced Cauliflower Bowl

The tahini dressing is delicious and it’s only 280kcal in a whole bowl!

Jackfruit Yellow Curry with Jasmin Rice

If you like jackfruit you will love that curry, delicious lunch to go idea!

Multigrain Blend with Vegetables

Those are delicious! I love to add some more veggies and have a ready meal.

Pumpkin Spice Almond Beverage

Fall in a glass! Love the taste and I will defiantly drink it through the fall season.

Super Spinach Salad

It’s really intriguing to me how hard it is to find a salad to go which doesn’t have chicken, egg, beacon or cheese in it.. I think that’s the only one they had but at least they had one! This makes great lunch to take to work or school when you are in a rush.

Butternut Squash Pizza Crust & Vegan Tikka Masala

My two favorites! The Tikka Masala taste delicious and I am obsessed with it lately (hopefully I will get over it soon). I wish the portion would be a bit bigger tho..

The pizza crust is amazing! It taste really good and it’s I think around 500-600 kcal for the whole crust! I ate a whole pizza and I didn’t feel guilty at all.

All of those meals are less than 5$ (maybe pizza was more than 5$, I don’t remember the price)

If you are looking for raw nuts, Trader Joe’s is a place to go! They have all kinds of raw nuts.

All those meals I showed you are a great idea to use when you are in a rush or maybe just don’t feel like cooking. We all have those days 😉
They should not replace your meals everyday, some of them are processed and some of them don’t contain enough veggies. Your diet should be filled with FRESH fruits and veggies.

We get lots of tools these days it’s up to you how we choose to use them. Don’t get caught up in ready meals, substitutes, supplements etc.

Let me know if there is anything I missed and I should know about!
