Strawberry Chia Pudding

Need a quick breakfast to go? I got you covered!

Make this nutritious pudding a night ahead and enjoy a refreshing breakfast! Especially now withe the Summer weather it’s a great choice either for breakfast or as a snack.

This pudding is also a part of Meal Prep for 6 #RawTuesday!
The pudding starts to thicken after a few hours, but you’ll want to refrigerate it overnight for the best results.

All you need are chia seeds, your favorite fruits and plant milk.

I don’t use a recipe with specific measurements, I usually use 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1 cup of milk. You can use more or less, up to you.

For the fruit sauce I’ve chosen strawberries just because I had them at home, but feel free to use any other fruit.

Simply blend the strawberries (you can include the green part – it’s eatable).

I usually make my own milk, either from almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds or hemp seeds. It’s really easy to make and you are sure there is no additional ingredients in your milk. There is lots of recipes out there if you decide to make your own milk.
