Sushi Bowl

Lately, I am craving sushi ALL the time! I had it probably 3 times last week! In all this sushi madness I remembered there was this recipe I wanted to try in a long time but never actually have tried it.

Sushi Bowl. A recipe I came across a long time ago and now finally tried it myself.

With few small changes to the original recipe, I’ve created this BOMB!

The spicy sauce fits perfectly with this dish! The level of spiciness is just perfect for me, spicy enough to feel the kick but not too spicy to burn in your mouth. If you like less spicy add less sriracha and the same if you like it spicier add more sriracha.

Sushi Bowl

Yields3 Servings

 3 carrots
 2 cups brown rice
 1 cucumber
 150 g edamame
 ½ green onion
 nori sheet
 black sesame
SAUCE
 2 tsp blue agave
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp sriracha
 ½ cup cashews
 1 tbsp lime juice
 ½ cup water

1. Cut the carrot, green onion and cucumber according to your preferences.

2.Assemble the bowls by starting with a scoop of rice and arranging the rest of the ingredients on top.

SAUCE:
To make the sauce blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
