Vegan Breakfast Crapes

Another recipe from Raw.Vegan.Not Gross. This time we make Vegan Breakfast Crapes !

Crapes were always hard for me to make, there was always something wrong. Too thick, too thin, stick to the pan. Always something.

I was pleasantly surprised that these turned out so great!

Only the first one was a disaster, but I think it’s just how it has to be 😂

If you think your batter is too thick you might add a bit water.

You can use any topping you want!

For my toppings I used strawberries and raw almond butter. And topped them with leftover sprouted oat groats.

Vegan Breakfast Crapes

Vegan, Plant Based

 2 tbsp chai seeds
 1 cup brown rice flour
 1 cup oat flour
 1 tbsp blue agave

Soak the chai seeds in 1/3 cup water for 15 minutes.

Put the chia-water mixture, 2 cups water, the flours, blue agave and salt in food processor and mix until combined.

Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2h.

Heat a nonstick pan over low heat. Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture, cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Fill with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds.
