I follow beachbody portion control program and I use the containers. I got mines on Amazon for much cheaper than the original ones, and honestly, they work just fine!

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Breakfast: Egg frittatas with ham, green chard, and feta cheese
Snack: Cottage Cheese with blueberries
Lunch: Veggie Pasta
Dinner: Roasted potatoes with sausage and cucumber salad
For the Veggie Pasta, I used green lentil pasta and it was delicious!
Thursday & Friday
Breakfast: Southwest Oats
Snack: Oatmeal Cookies & Fruit
Lunch: Potato Latkes & Veggies
Snack: Yogurt with hemp seeds & Fruit
Dinner: Roasted vegetables & Shrimp
Dessert: Frozen Banana
